COME ALIVE WITH QUANTUM LAUGHTER
With Joe Hoare
We can all learn to laugh more. When we use laughter as a
practice we engage our whole consciousness in a light and delightful way. It is
one of the most connecting practices, profound, uplifting and in its highest
form, ecstatic. Research has
shown that people who laugh a lot enjoy better health, better relationships,
and are far better at coping with stress as a good laugh every day produces
Oxytocin in our body, the hormone with the feel good factor.Research has also
shown that we laugh 30 times more when we are with other people than on our
own. This evening is for anyone who wants more joy and laughter in their life.

JUICY LIVING!
With Liz Josey
Life for me is about three things ~ passion, people and purpose.
Doing things you love, with and for those you love, in the name of
love. Now it doesn’t get much more juicy than that! When was the last time you woke up in the morning, leapt out of bed and
exclaimed “Yeeeeeeeeeehah, boy am I glad to be alive!”? When was the last
time you did something for someone totally spontaneously that you knew
would bring them pleasure? And when was the last time you felt you were
completely supported by some invisible force and everything just kinda
fell into place exactly as you had hoped it would…?
Well if it’s been a while since you’ve experienced any of these
things then it could be you’re all outta juice! Come along tonight for a
light hearted and interactive evening of fun, self discovery and
juicy inspiration!
Liz Josey is a motivational coach and speaker with a
passion for helping others get in touch with their ‘inner juice’ so they can co-create the
life of their dreams! Following on from the huge success of setting up Glastonbury
PLG in 2008, Liz founded The Positive Living Group Network in January 2010 with
the aim of encouraging others to spread the Positive Living message.
